What a POS does for your shop
A POS (point of sale) is the till where your shop sells. A good one also keeps your books for you, with every sale.
Sell fast
Scan barcodes with a scanner or the phone camera, or tap products. Sell by the case, by weight, or with promotions.
USD, ZiG and Rand
Prices in USD with ZiG from today's rate, or fixed ZiG prices. Split payments, change in the currency the customer paid in.
EcoCash, InnBucks, swipe
Every mobile money and card payment is recorded with its reference, so it can be checked against your statement.
Stock control
Stock goes down with every sale. Low-stock warnings, write-offs, suppliers and purchase orders.
Profit and loss
Know your profit every day after the cost of goods and expenses, plus best sellers and VAT summaries.
Stop cash going missing
Each cashier counts up at the end of their shift. The till shows who was short, and logs every refund and discount by name.
Credit, laybys, quotations
Customer accounts with credit limits, laybys paid off over time, and quotations printed or sent on WhatsApp.
Works offline
No network? Keep selling. Sales sync to the owner's phone and are backed up when the connection returns.
For shops anywhere in Zimbabwe
Setup is done remotely over WhatsApp: send your product list and your till is ready within a day, with help training your cashiers. Grocery shops, supermarkets, hardware, pharmacies, boutiques, bottle stores, takeaways and restaurants.

Every subscription starts with a free 30-day trial. Pay by EcoCash, InnBucks or bank transfer.

Questions shop owners ask
Does the POS work without internet?
Yes. Receipts, payments and stock all work offline. Sales are sent to the owner's phone and backed up when the network comes back.
Can it take USD and ZiG at the same time?
Yes. Prices can be in USD with ZiG from the day's rate, or each product can have its own fixed ZiG price. Customers can pay in USD, ZiG or Rand, or split a payment, and each currency is counted separately at cash-up.
Does it accept EcoCash, InnBucks and swipe?
Yes. Each payment is recorded with its reference code. On the Pro plan, payment requests can be sent straight to the customer's phone through Paynow.
Do I need to buy a special till machine?
No. It runs on an Android phone or tablet, or a computer. A small Bluetooth receipt printer, a barcode scanner and a cash drawer can be added.
How much does it cost?
There is a free edition for one device. Subscriptions start at $10 a month, with a free 30-day trial.
Can you set it up if my shop is far away?
Yes. Setup is remote, over WhatsApp, anywhere in Zimbabwe.
